There is nothing better than authentic fresh homemade pasta, and with the Marcato Bigoli Attachment you can enjoy from the comforts of your home! This bigoli cutter is Made in Italy and works well with the Atlas 150 Pasta Machine. Marcato is well known for designing their high-quality products in Italy using authentic tried-and-tested methods inherited from years of Mediterranean tradition. Specifically designed to form and cut homemade pasta dough into long, thick strands of bigoli noodles, it is certainly no exception to the high quality that Marcato offers with its sleek look and durable quality. It easily attaches to the Atlas 150 pasta machine (sold separately.) The pasta maker cuts the dough evenly, providing a consistent texture, cook time and flavor. This attachment is crafted out of chrome steel with an anodized aluminum roller and removable cleaning comb. Bigoli are the typical long Venetian pasta that looks like thick spaghetti. Thanks to their roughness, they easily absorb sauces and condiments. The fresh bigoli can be dried (on a pasta dryer rack) and stored for later use, or cooked and enjoyed immediately. It is delicious with marinara sauce, fresh basil and shredded cheese or with lovely seasonal vegetables and olive oil. Either way, this pasta is sure to be enjoyed! It is easy to use and clean with its removable rods with plastic combs that make cleaning fast and smooth. Measures 7 x 3 x 1.75-inches. For best and proper care, wipe clean with a dry cloth or stiff brush as needed.
