Nylon Exterior and Padded (Insulated?) Nylon Interior
Waist is really close to 40" around ... no matter what the pic says.
Full Length of Leg (with NO Band) is 41" ... with band you can add up to 16"
From waist 'buckle button' (Actually hook and loop) to the bottom of the crotch is 15"
From Crotch to Bottom of Leg is 27"
The insides of each leg both have 'Breather Holes' all the way down.
